Water System Monitoring

Bullseye Services can help you to ensure your water systems are safe, clean and fully compliant with all legislation.

We offer a water system monitoring service designed for clients operating single sites and multi-site or complex building stock. The Bullseye Services Water Hygiene Service package can include full L8 compliance monitoring or just the areas not covered by your internal resource.

Shower Head Cleaning and Descaling

Bullseye Services operatives are trained to remove, dismantle and clean all designs of shower heads as part of a routine service package.

To ensure that showerheads are left scale-free and any underlying biofilm and bacteria are removed Bullseye Services use products designed to chemically remove limescale and then kill any underlying bacteria to reduce the risk of Legionellosis and help you ensure compliance with H&SE Legislation.

Legionella Risk Assessments – A Complete Solution

Our legionella risk assessors will undertake a detailed site survey, and provide you with a comprehensive document including:

  • Site survey data and asset register specific to each site

  • Observations made to your assets (including photographs)

  • Easy to understand risk rating – Green, Amber and Red

  • Recommendations to reduce the risk

  • Schematic drawings – AutoCAD™ style schematic drawings

  • Site-specific asset driven periodic monitoring regime

  • Options include the legionella and microbiological analysis

As part of your legionella risk assessment, our experts will recommend precautionary measures to reduce the overall risk. These may include management responsibility and training; as well as system maintenance, refurbishment, routine monitoring and inspection.

Water Features and Fountains

Bullseye Services provides comprehensive maintenance services for the operation of water features and fountains including all water hygiene requirements.

Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) Installation, Testing and Service

Where temperature is the primary control measure to control the multiplication of Legionella Bacteria and the systems can be used by those at risk from scalding, the installation of TMVs must be considered.

Where installed, TMVs will require regular servicing, generally twice per year. Where the valves installed are of the “fail-safe” type (ie the valve will shut down if either the hot or cold water supply fails) then a failsafe test should be carried out to check the valve performance.
